Responsibilities & Duties

This role's primary responsibilities will be the maintenance and growth of existing clients. As a Senior Account Director, you will be the primary relationship connection with clients and responsible for managing expectations and deliverables across all initiatives. A high sense of responsibility and attention to detail are essential in this position. The successful candidate will anticipate client needs and initiate service in a preemptive manner, exceeding client expectations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, flexible and energetic with strong analytical skills
  • Team player with proven track record working effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrable experience working with internal teams to prepare reports and presentations for clients
  • Experience making strategic recommendations to achieve specific client outcomes
  • Experience working with DTC / ecommerce brands
  • Strong familiarity with digital advertising ecosystem, terminology, and tactics
  • Working knowledge of various marketing platforms and tools including but not limited to:
               – Shopify
               – Google Analytics
               – Facebook Ads
               – Google Ads, particularly Google Shopping Ads
               – Outbrain
               – Taboola
               – Yahoo/Gemini
