GDPR Notice
GDPR: As part of our compliance process, we have recently updated our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to reflect compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) which went into effect on May 25th, 2018.
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a preferred action for giving EU residents better control over how businesses utilize their personal data. If your company obtains users’ personal information in the EU, you must adhere to current GDPR regulations, no matter your business’s location. The penalties for violating people’s new privacy rights can be up to 4% of your global revenue or €20 million, whichever is higher.
A GDPR privacy statement is a crucial form to enable your customers to make informed findings about the data you collect and use.
